Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

  • Free Shipping within India for All Prepaid Orders Above Rs 900: 
    Delivery within 3-4 Business days ✈️  for Prepaid Orders, Delivery within 5-7 Business Days for COD Order 🚚

  • A charge of Rs 50 is applied to all orders below Rs 900 (Non-Refundable if Shipped).

  • For Expedited Shipping:
    Delivery in 1-2 Days via DTDC at an extra 350Rupees, Please call +91 83758 26193.

  • Cash on Delivery is available at an additional price of Rs70.
  • COD Charges (70) / Express Delivery Charges, if Applied are Non-Refundable, as this amount is paid directly to the Courier Company and Bank.

  • For Same Day - 4-hour Shipping:
    If there is an urgent need for the outfit, we can deliver in 2-3hrs at an extra charge depending on the distance from the nearest showroom/warehouse, basis the availability of the outfit, for which please call on +91 83758 26193.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery within 4-7 business days subject to on-time custom clearance. Shipping charges are additional, which are calculated at the checkout.

  • Cancellation Policy: 
    Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the pickup is done, we won't be able to cancel the order.

  • Return & Refund Policy:
    Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers.

  • If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 5 days of the Delivery Date.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, tags, and any freebies.

    • Ensure that the product is properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

    • We will arrange a courier to pick up the product from your location.
       If we are not able to find a courier to pick up, we will reach out to you to courier it back to us, for the same we will reimburse upto 120rs additional. Kindly share tracking details once you ship it back.

    Replacement/Exchange Process:

    • Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check, your replacement/exchange product will be delivered to your address within 3-7 working days.

    Refund Process:

    • For returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

      • Prepaid orders: Refund is credited to the original mode of payment.

      • COD orders: Refund is processed to the details provided on the return creation page. COD Charges (Rs 70) are deducted from this amount.

      • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the product is picked up.

  • Currently, we are not accepting returns on International Shipments. If the piece is damaged/an incorrect design, then we offer a complete refund, including the shipping fee.

  • EOSS Products are not eligible for Refund or exchange.
