Ordering and Delivery
Yes, we deliver pan-India from our base in Noida, Delhi NCR. We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by location - typically 3-7 Business days within India and 4-7 Business days internationally. If there's urgency, please feel free to call on +91 83758 26193 (Available from Monday to Saturday - 11 AM to 6 PM)
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (COD) for orders within India. International orders require advance payment through secure payment gateways.
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can track your kids ethnic wear order in real-time through our website or the courier partner's tracking system.
Yes! Little Bansi offers free shipping within India on all prepaid orders above Rs 900. Orders below Rs 900 have a shipping charge of Rs 50 (non-refundable if shipped). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of Rs 70.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the pickup is done from our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Little Bansi accepts returns within 5 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your kids ethnic wear purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts, tags, and freebies. We arrange courier pickup from your location at no extra cost.

Our return process is simple:
- Initiate return through our website return portal within 5 days of delivery
- Pack the kids ethnic wear properly in original packaging with all tags
- We arrange courier pickup from your location
- Quality check is performed at our warehouse
- Replacement/Exchange: New product delivered within 3-7 working days
- Refunds: Processed within 2 business days after pickup
In case we are not able to arrange a courier, we will ask you to ship it to our warehouse. We will refund you an additional Rs. 120 for the same.
Refund methods depend on your original payment:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to original payment method
- COD Orders: Refund processed to bank details provided during return creation
- Note: COD charges (Rs 70) and express delivery charges are non-refundable as they are paid directly to courier companies
Yes, EOSS (End of Season Sale) products are not eligible for refund or exchange. International shipments currently cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or incorrect, in which case we provide a complete refund including shipping fees.

Yes, most of our cotton kids ethnic wear can be machine washed on gentle cycle with cold water. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Air dry in shade to prevent color fading. Always check the care label for specific instructions.
For immediate stain treatment, blot (don't rub) the stain with a clean cloth. For oil-based stains, sprinkle cornstarch and let it absorb before brushing off. For water-based stains, use cold water and mild soap. For stubborn stains on valuable pieces, consult a professional dry cleaner.
